Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel rooms were cute, clean, and renovated, offering robes and mini bar services; however, the set contents were squeezed in without much thought to design or layout. The location is great, situated on a small square with numerous dining options nearby. The dining experience was amazing, with a variety of hot and cold choices. The facilities were top-notch, including home-made organic products.
Staying at this hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms, despite being dark and dingy with a complicated lighting system and an exposed en-suite, were surprisingly quiet, and the location overlooking the Flores pedestrian street was pleasant. However, the poorly designed and furnished room, including the unusual bath tub in the bedroom, was a downside.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were a mixed bag, some lacking basic amenities like drawers or proper hanging space, but overall comfortable and well-appointed. The service was top-notch, with the receptionist going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The location was vibrant but noisy due to nearby construction and street performers. The dining experience was enjoyable despite limited options. The facilities were decent, though some room for improvement was noted.
My stay at the hotel was a great experience overall. The room I stayed in was clean and fairly spacious, although I had a bit of trouble with the light controls. The double windows kept the room very quiet, which allowed for a comfortable and restful sleep. I would recommend requesting room 406 for an even more gorgeous room next time.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were bright and soundproof, and the comfortable bed made my stay so relaxing. The tub in the room was a great addition. The service from the staff was exceptional, with unexpected treats like port and pastel de nata. The location was perfect, right in the city center with wonderful restaurants nearby and close to important tourist spots. The dining experience was of a very high standard, and the hotel facilities were excellent.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were nice, but the tiny toilet/shower room was a bit dark and small. Despite that, they had everything we needed, but I must say they were uncomfortably small. The service was exceptional; incredibly friendly and helpful staff made my stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect for sightseeing on foot and exploring the main sites nearby. The dining experience was out of this world with so many choices, including a bucks fizz option. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything I needed during my stay.
