The location was great! a complimentary Portuguese tart was a nice touch daily.

The room temperature was on the warmer side! though I could open the doors for fresh air, it was not ideal. It was also noisy due to live music. This made it hard to relax in the evenings. I found this quite disappointing, considering the cost of the room.

The location was indeed central. It was easy to get to the tourist attractions. Breakfast did include a very good buffet. Staff was friendly and courteous to me.

The bathroom was very small I think. There was limited space to plug in my kettle. I had to put it on the floor and I found only one accessible plug. The safe seemed narrow and was set low.

I stayed in the city view double room and the views were amazing! the location was super central. I could easily walk to all the sights. plus, the staff was so attentive, and.

The street noise at night was a bit much, especially with live music playing late. Earplugs helped though.

The hotel's location is excellent. I found it very accessible to diverse sights and activities. The hotel is within walking distance of many attractions. This made exploring the area very easy. I was impressed with the hotel's cleanliness. The rooms, common areas, and facilities were well maintained. The breakfast had a very diverse selection of items, which pleased everyone.

The bathroom lighting was not ideal for makeup application, and I noticed a lack of space to plug in the kettle. It needed to be placed on the floor!

The hotel had street musicians performing in front. This created a very pleasant atmosphere, though performances typically conclude around 10 PM. Buskers are in the area and this adds to the local vibe. There is easy access to transport options such as the Metro and the train station.

The room service was daily and very thorough! ensuring a clean and orderly space. Crisp linens and embroidered pillowcases were in the room. There was a great view from the room's balcony. The room had a comfortable bed.

The staff are very friendly, attentive and helpful regarding recommendations. They assisted with taxis and directions, and their English proficiency is quite high. A glass of Port wine welcomed me, alongside a delicious Portuguese tart. They provided homemade cakes and Pastel de Natas during breakfast.
